Pressure Reducing Valve Manufacturers in India – Speciality Valve
Speciality Valve is a Pressure Reducing Valve Manufacturer in India that designs and supplies precision-engineered valves to regulate and stabilize downstream pressure across diverse industrial systems. Built to ASME, API, and ISO standards, our PRVs ensure consistent pressure control, extended equipment life, and reliable operation under varying load conditions. Our valves are widely used in steam distribution, HVAC, marine, oil and gas, power generation, and water treatment networks, offering a proven combination of performance, durability, and efficiency.
Function & Working
A pressure reducing valve automatically lowers incoming pressure to a stable, safe downstream level, regardless of inlet pressure variations or flow fluctuations. The valve operates using either a spring-loaded direct-acting mechanism for compact systems or a pilot-operated design for precise control under higher loads. As pressure increases beyond the set value, the spring and diaphragm assembly close the valve to reduce flow; when pressure drops, it reopens automatically to restore equilibrium—ensuring consistent downstream regulation without the need for external energy.
