Cryogenic Ball Valve Manufacturer in India
Speciality Valve is a trusted Cryogenic Ball Valve Manufacturer in India, producing high-precision valves designed to perform safely and efficiently in extremely low-temperature environments. Our cryogenic ball valves ensure leak-tight performance, operator safety, and long-term reliability in applications involving liquefied gases such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, and argon.
Function & Working
Cryogenic ball valves are used to isolate or control the flow of cryogenic fluids at temperatures as low as –196 °C. The ball, when rotated 90°, allows or restricts flow through its bore, providing full-bore passage when open and bubble-tight shut-off when closed. Each valve features an extended bonnet that keeps the stem seals above the frost line, preventing freezing and ensuring safe operation. Precision machining of the ball and seat ensures minimal torque and consistent sealing even under extreme thermal contraction.
