Speciality Valve – Cryogenic Gate Valve Solutions for LNG and Industrial Gas
Speciality Valve designs and manufactures cryogenic gate valves engineered for ultra-low temperature applications in LNG, petrochemical, and industrial gas sectors. Built with extended bonnet construction and tested to BS 6364, API 600/602, and ASME B16.34, our valves ensure bubble-tight shut-off and reliable operation down to –196 °C.
Function & Working
Cryogenic gate valves operate by moving a solid gate vertically between two seats. In cryogenic service, an extended bonnet is incorporated to keep stem packing insulated from extreme cold, ensuring effective sealing and preventing frost damage. These valves are subjected to cryogenic temperature testing with liquid nitrogen to guarantee zero leakage and smooth operation.
